About the work
A celestial ode to the Abni Flue, which rises to an altitude of 3961 meters in the Swiss Alps. I took this panoramic black-and-white photograph from the heights of Breithorn in Lauterbrunnen towards Jungfrau. Two faces of the high mountains confront each other: the sheer force of the bernese alps cliffs on the left, and the gentle forms of the Valais Alps on the right. Here, summits is reborn after the chaos of the storm. Offering their snow-covered walls to the sun, they emerge from the mist. What emotions I felt in front of this painting, which inspires me and makes me dream!
I imagined this work as an epic scene. Positioning myself at this precise spot to let the mountains express their power. Admire Abni Flue, which stands out like an inaccessible, impalpable castle. Its slopes are so redrawn by the snow that they verge on abstraction. Shadows and light transform summit . While the fog bewilders and transports us beyond reality. Two towers protect this fortress. On the left, Jungfrau, the famous bernese alps mountain, rises to 4158 metres, backed by the Eiger and Rottalhorn. On the right, the Finstreraarhorn rises to 4273 metres. An ephemeral tableau that sublimates the mountain's beauty and makes our hearts skip a beat.

As former inhabitants of Zermatt, it's hard to forget the Matterhorn, even in a new environment of mountains and nature.we discovered this large photo of the Matterhorn in a gallery, so strong and intense, it was impossible to forget it........ We were bowled over!
My wife and I are amazed at the quality of print and the rendering of this magnificent photo. We had waited many years to put a picture on this blank wall because we had never "flashed" on a piece of art. Now we've found it, and it fits in perfectly at the entrance to our apartment. What's more, it depicts 3 summits that are particularly close to our hearts: the Weisshorn, Dent Blanche and the Matterhorn - quite a symbol...
