About the work
The Alps are a treasure trove of little-known gems. And when we do come across them, we are captivated by their magnetism. No matter how high they rise or where they glow, they take our souls to new horizons. I devote my art to immortalizing the fiery splendor of these fabulous peaks. Attentive to the breath of the mountains and the movements of time, I watch for summits. Until they reveal their magnificence.
At bernese alps, Altels suddenly emerges from the shadows at 3630 metres, the vibrant incarnation of the most beautiful summit in the world. As day follows storm, as the clouds part, dawn reveals the sparkling summit. From its dark roots, its imposing cornice soars skyward to become a torch. Like the powerful radiance of a queen mountain, like the nascent melody of a fabulous nature. Like the sublime hymn of an eternal kingdom.
Contemplating the majestic Altels in this way, our gaze travels to the heart of another world. The beauty of its frosted ridges, its wind-sculpted cornice, its bleached rock of a thousand wonders. Its vertiginous face adorned with the shimmering drapery of a thousand-year-old sovereign. As former inhabitants of Zermatt, it's hard to forget the Matterhorn, even in a new environment of mountains and nature.we discovered this large photo of the Matterhorn in a gallery, so strong and intense, it was impossible to forget it........ It became obvious that it should adorn our new apartment as a centerpiece.What's more, we had a very sympathetic contact with the artist, who came himself to deliver his work.It's very appreciable and adds a dimension to the object, to know its creator, his passion, the conditions under which it was taken.The texture of the photo resembles a painting, the lights play on it, Next the hours. It seems alive. A real daily pleasure!

We were bowled over!
My wife and I are amazed at the quality of print and the rendering of this magnificent photo. We had waited many years to put a picture on this blank wall because we had never "flashed" on a piece of art. Now we've found it, and it fits in perfectly at the entrance to our apartment. What's more, it depicts 3 summits that are particularly close to our hearts: the Weisshorn, Dent Blanche and the Matterhorn - quite a symbol...
