Dominating the Grindelwald valley with all its might, Jungfrau welcomes us at summit, more grandiose than ever. This emblematic mountain of bernese alps owes its fame to its proximity to the Jungfraujoch. This panoramic black-and-white photograph pays tribute to the grandeur of this mythical summit . Wild and inspiring, Jungfrau reveals its full scale. Its sprawling ridges seem to take root in the seething depths of the world below. The mist hides it, raising our gaze to the realm of the heavens, where the high mountains display their splendour. Giants of rock and ice, haunting my thoughts and striking my heart.
How lucky I was to be able to immortalize Jungfrau at the end of spring! Just as a final storm had whitened summit before handing it over to the summer sun. It's only on rare occasions that the mountains don their Himalayan finery. Just a few days a year. And just a few sparkling minutes before it loses its splendour. These moments of grace are what I look out for, so that I can offer you new works of art every year.
This morning was special. I could smell the perfume of absolutes in the air. A gentle atmosphere prevailed at altitude, offering unique contrasts to the landscape. Through the scent of stray fog, Jungfrau greeted me with pure majesty. After observing her for a long time, I'm happy to have captured her from this angle, like a dazzling queen. I love the light that caresses its flanks and the shadow that reveals its mysteries. Opposite us, the frosted rocks of its north face abound in abstract details. It's up to you to interpret and grasp them. Is this a force of the imagination or a message from nature? Doesn't everyone ultimately see in them what they want from life? A mirror of our hopes and truths. As a passionate photographer, I try to discern the soul of the mountain in its relief. And I think I've succeeded. Here is one of my most beautiful photographs of Jungfrau.

We were bowled over!
My wife and I are amazed at the quality of print and the rendering of this magnificent photo. We had waited many years to put a picture on this blank wall because we had never "flashed" on a piece of art. Now we've found it, and it fits in perfectly at the entrance to our apartment. What's more, it depicts 3 summits that are particularly close to our hearts: the Weisshorn, Dent Blanche and the Matterhorn - quite a symbol...

As former inhabitants of Zermatt, it's hard to forget the Matterhorn, even in a new environment of mountains and nature.we discovered this large photo of the Matterhorn in a gallery, so strong and intense, it was impossible to forget it........ It became obvious that it should adorn our new apartment as a centerpiece.What's more, we had a very sympathetic contact with the artist, who came himself to deliver his work.It's very appreciable and adds a dimension to the object, to know its creator, his passion, the conditions under which it was taken.The texture of the photo resembles a painting, the lights play on it, Next the hours.
