About the work
On the roof of Europe stands a gigantic, sumptuous mountain. Mont Blanc, ruler of a kingdom of ice, rises to 4810 meters to proclaim to the world the grandeur of the Alps. In the midst of a raging storm, the journey is perilous. We only have a few meters to go to reach the summit of this mythical giant. The Bosses ridge, prey to the madness of the elements, seems endless. To our left, the sunlit north face of Mont Blanc is also being ravaged by the winter winds. Despite the obstacles, we continue our quest to the edge of the sky. At such a high altitude, winter persists. It doesn't take much for it to reassert itself. Nature is unleashed, powerful and invincible.
Our celestial odyssey can only be experienced through this unique work of art. For in such circumstances, the mountain remains inaccessible to man. A dangerous creature, an ominous splendor. Only nature decides to welcome us to the high mountains for a few fleeting, prodigious moments of grace. But when she puts on her fiercest clothes, our place is elsewhere. Far from her sublime surges and untamed flames.
I dreamed up this work as an emblem of the high mountains, majestic and striking. Imbued with deeply moving details: the snow blown by the winds, the mist caressing its flanks, the soft contrasts sublimating its infinite power. Our gaze plunges with fascination into the heart of Mont Blanc as we venture along unexplored paths. To the frontiers of the sky, as well as to the very depths of ourselves.

As former inhabitants of Zermatt, it's hard to forget the Matterhorn, even in a new environment of mountains and nature.we discovered this large photo of the Matterhorn in a gallery, so strong and intense, it was impossible to forget it........ It became obvious that it should adorn our new apartment as a centerpiece.What's more, we had a very sympathetic contact with the artist, who came himself to deliver his work.It's very appreciable and adds a dimension to the object, to know its creator, his passion, the conditions under which it was taken.The texture of the photo resembles a painting, the lights play on it, Next the hours. It seems alive. A real daily pleasure!

We were bowled over!
My wife and I are amazed at the quality of print and the rendering of this magnificent photo. We had waited many years to put a picture on this blank wall because we had never "flashed" on a piece of art. Now we've found it, and it fits in perfectly at the entrance to our apartment. What's more, it depicts 3 summits that are particularly close to our hearts: the Weisshorn, Dent Blanche and the Matterhorn - quite a symbol...
