About the work
Spectacular panoramic photography of the most beautiful mountains in the Valais Alps. I took this photograph from summit du Mont-Fort, which rises to 3329 metres in the Verbier ski area. It offers a breathtaking view of the Valais highlands summits . In the center of the picture, the Aiguilles rouges d'Arolla stand out, their remarkable shape a real eye-catcher. To their left, Dent Blanche, a monstrous coquette, rises above the Ferpècle glacier. On the right, the Matterhorn, sovereign of the Swiss Alps, reveals its wildest side. Its west face and the Lion ridge brave the horizon, while its shadowy north face patiently awaits the return of spring. Finally, to the right of the Matterhorn, The Dent d'Hérens, at over 4,000 metres, dominates the Swiss-Italian border.
I took this panorama of the Alps in winter, when the impetuous winds had just whitened summits. Dressed in their finest finery, the freshly frosted rocks sparkle with beauty. To be lucky enough to witness this unique moment, I need to be present, to listen to the mountain, and know how to welcome the dazzling splendour of the mountains when nature reveals it. In this photograph, the Valais pyramids emerge one by one from the mist, dominating the horizon. Their sumptuous blanket of snow reveals their purity. Bewitching summits, admiring you like this makes me want to go and meet you. But I'll have to wait for the weather to calm down before I can walk your ridges again. To experience once again the intense joy of contemplating the world from your summit, sailing between heaven and earth.

We were bowled over!
My wife and I are amazed at the quality of print and the rendering of this magnificent photo. We had waited many years to put a picture on this blank wall because we had never "flashed" on a piece of art. Now we've found it, and it fits in perfectly at the entrance to our apartment. What's more, it depicts 3 summits that are particularly close to our hearts: the Weisshorn, Dent Blanche and the Matterhorn - quite a symbol...

As former inhabitants of Zermatt, it's hard to forget the Matterhorn, even in a new environment of mountains and nature.we discovered this large photo of the Matterhorn in a gallery, so strong and intense, it was impossible to forget it........ It became obvious that it should adorn our new apartment as a centerpiece.What's more, we had a very sympathetic contact with the artist, who came himself to deliver his work.It's very appreciable and adds a dimension to the object, to know its creator, his passion, the conditions under which it was taken.The texture of the photo resembles a painting, the lights play on it, Next the hours. It seems alive. A real daily pleasure!
