Zermatt Valley

ZermattThe Matterhorn, the longest alpine valley in the Valais, is home to the largest number of mountains over 4000m, including one of the most beautiful mountains in the Alps: the Matterhorn!

From my first visit to the region of Zermatt I was mesmerized by the beauty of summits.

I go there several times a year to photograph the mountains, to make ascents or to exhibit my mountain photos in large format.

Zermatt is for me the gateway to the realm of the high mountains, a universe that is both attractive because of its beauty and hostile because of the difficult weather conditions that can occur at altitude.

I take my photographs of high mountains in black and white to transmit all the emotions that these places give me and that I wish to transmit to you in my turn.
